Following a recent office expansion RBW Consulting is excited to be recruiting for a new trainee recruitment consultant. With a training programme, lasting a minimum of 3 months, you will be equipped with all of the tools necessary to progress to consultant level quickly.
The successful candidate will initially start off as a researcher, working alongside an experienced consultant, whose knowledge and experience you will learn from. With their assistance you will develop skills in all areas of the recruitment lifecycle, including;
- Reviewing CVs
- Interviewing candidates
- Developing new business with clients
- Developing existing business with clients
- Managing the interview process
- Delivering job offers
The skills you develop will make it an easy transition towards working as a consultant on the team. The training programme that we offer is tailored to the successful individual’s needs and ability, and has a history of producing the best results, quickly.
To be considered for this position your skills and experience should include some of the following:
- Highly professional, immaculately presented, articulate, charismatic, tenacious
- Must be target/result driven
- Degree educated, previous sales/customer service experience
- Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
- Pro-active and self-motivated
