RBW Consulting LLP is a specialist provider of Pharmaceutical and IT Recruitment. Working with a large number of high profile organisations across both sectors, RBW Consulting is thought to be a market leader in offering a tailored service which is unlike other typical recruitment companies.
We are running a recruitment drive to find experienced consultants in the local area who have at least 12 months recruitment experience and are now looking for a new challenge within a very ambitious and driven company.
You will be firstly provided will full industry training over a 3 month period to give you an in-depth knowledge of the sector you will be working in. You will then be encouraged to develop existing relationships, working on accounts that are both exclusive to RBW Consulting, and accounts that need to be secured, as well as networking with professionals in the industry to develop strong, long-standing relationships.
Once settled in the new role you will be given the opportunity to progress within the company to senior level; promotion targets are always transparent and available to everyone in the company from day one. You’ll develop your area of the business in a franchised model that will ultimately increase your earning potential with a final goal of ‘share-scheme’ development.
