About the Role

We’re looking a Manager for our Social Care Branch, responsible for the provision of a service of to a significant number of clients including service users with learning & physical disabilities and acquired brain injury. You’ll be leading a team of two experienced Care Coordinators and linking into the Compliance Officer to ensure that individual care package requirements are delivered. As the Manager you will drive new business to develop into new areas in the North West, whilst liaising with existing clients to ensure the high standards of service are maintained. You also manage a wider team of temporary workers and will need to source and maintain a continual level of good quality candidates to fulfil current and expanding business requirements. In this unique role the ideal candidate will have a balance of good commercial acumen and sales drive with empathy and understanding of the service user’s needs.

Skills & Qualifications

·Previous Management Experience

·Excellent Organisation Skills

·Knowledge of the Social Care Industry Essential

·Excellent Communication Skills

·NVQ or QCF Qualification Desirable
