Sales & Marketing Assistant German and French speaking
Based in Chester – Cheshire
Salary: region of £22,000+ negotiable
The Company:
- Well-established international company based in Chester, Cheshire, North West of England
The Role:
- Providing key support with sales administration, customer service and operational marketing
- Providing excellent levels of customer service to a wide range of UK & Export Customers particularly in France and Germany
- Problems-solving, dealing with sales enquiries, processing sales orders and dealing with connected logistical issues and day-to-day customer support issues
- Assisting in specific marketing projects such as market research, processing sales leads, organising and attending trade shows and exhibitions, assisting in the preparation and compilation of marketing literature, catalogues, monitoring prices and keeping pricing database updated, monitoring and compiling competitors pricing, administration of marketing campaigns, etc.
- A pivotal multi-tasks role supporting the day-to-day operational sales and marketing function.

The candidate:
- English mother tongue standard or equivalent
- Good knowledge of German and French languages – dealing with customers in France and Germany, and specific marketing activities in these markets
- Previous experience in a similar sales and marketing role in a business to business environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fully competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office
The salary:
Salary negotiable – region of £22,000+ negotiable
