Full-Time Lettings Manager

Job Description

Our Prestigious Client based in Chester is looking to recruit a Letting Manager.

You will need to be highly motivated and organised, with previous Lettings Manager experience. You will be responsible for securing landlord instructions and motivating negotiators to secure lets.

This is a position that will ideally suit a person who is strong at listing properties, can establish positive relationships to build business and is motivated to work on their own initiative. Ideal candidates will be target driven, have a will to succeed, exceptional organisational/presentation skills and exemplary time management. This is a role to drive instructions by networking, canvassing and marketing.

Full Driving License essential as a company car is provided.

37.5 hours per week, £30k OTE
