Job Description

Proactive Personnel are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client 
  • You will be responsible for contacting new businesses promoting company services to them.
  • This role is based internally, communicating over the telephone – therefore previous experience of business to business outbound calling is essential.
  • You will work within a targeted environment with the view to selling our client’s products and services

Qualifications:

  • It is essential that you have previous outbound sales experience within a business to business environment.
  • You will be responsible for building relationships with managing directors and senior decision makers of large companies – therefore you must be self motivated and confident when discussing business services.
  • Experience working towards individual and team targets will be beneficial.

You will be entitled to a lucrative salary between £17,000 and £18,000 (excluding commission) with an OTE of £25,000, additional benefits and company incentives throughout the year.
